Rob Harley is the vice president of Tampa operations and oversees the Tampa office, serving the central Florida marketplace. Rob has over 20 years of experience in the Florida Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Industry. He has overseen the design and construction of well over 3 million square feet of commercial buildings, with a particularly strong portfolio of build to suit projects. These projects, which total over a million square feet, involved the consolidation of front office and administrative functions with storage, distribution and manufacturing operations. Rob has been the lead designer on a number of well known and successful commercial business parks and buildings throughout the Tampa Bay area, as well as Orlando, Miami, and Ft. Lauderdale. A few of these include Southridge Commerce Park, Horizon Commerce Center in Orlando, FL, Airport Commerce Center, Westlake Distribution Center, Stanley Steemer Regional Headquarters and the Power Pole facility in the Tampa Bay area.
Rob joined HTG in late 2012 and is focused on central Florida, including Alachua/Gainesville, Orlando, Lakeland, Tampa Bay, Manatee and Ft.Myers. In addition to continuing his emphasis on Commercial projects, Rob is also working to strengthen HTG’s opportunities in the Financial community and with Athletic Facilities. HTG has strong portfolios in both of those markets. Rob partners with the multi-talented and experienced staff in Minneapolis for peak load production and presentations. Rob works closely with the main office drawing on the diverse set of project types that HTG has completed over 56 years of service.
