Nominations for projects are judged based on their degree of difficulty, creativity in design, innovative construction techniques, cooperation among contractors and management, and sustainability efforts. Each project will be featured in a series of magazines, stories, photos, and the Finance & Commerce daily newspaper and website starting in July. Additionally, the nominating parties will be honored on July 21, 2022, at the Top Projects awards event at the Nicollet Island Pavillion.

Hiway's new Roseville branch, located at 2465 Fairview Ave N., is a breathtaking spectacle of modern architecture that incorporates several innovative features and perks for members. The branch comes fully equipped with ITM technology that helps members handle basic transactions as well as safety and sustainability features, including solar panels, automatic lighting fixtures, touchless bathroom facilities, and public electric vehicle charging stations. The spacious 17,000-square-foot facility even hosts a Dunkin' for customers looking to grab a drink or snack on the go.
