HTG Architects Names New President, Sean Raboin

Minneapolis, MN, January 10, 2022 - HTG Architects has named Sean Raboin President, effective January 1, 2022. Sean has been with the firm for 24 years, specializing in financial architecture and design. He has designed more than 450 projects, most of which were banks or credit unions.

For the last 10 years Sean has also been a firm Partner, joining the leadership team to drive business development and expand financial architecture knowledge within the team, while continuing to design and support clients. Sean wholeheartedly believes in HTG's mission to create solutions that make a difference, by leading with service; he is perfectly suited to step into the role of President and lead the team to new growth and success.

"I am honored and humbled to serve as the next President of HTG Architects. I have been lucky in my career to work with many great people that have prepared me for this role; I would not be the man I am today if it were not for Jim Grover and Jeff Pflipsen, past HTG presidents. They were great bosses, mentors, and friends. As we start a new chapter at HTG, we will continue to build on the foundation and principles that have been established over the past 60 years. I couldn’t ask for better partners to work with, Tom Moorse and Rob Brandwick, leading HTG Architects into the future. Together we are excited for the new opportunities and growth strategies that are ahead of us," said Sean Raboin.

Sean succeeds Jeff Pflipsen, who has served as President for the last 10 years. As Jeff focuses on his role as a Financial Expert, he will continue to be part of the HTG team. His years of leadership have achieved incredible growth and evolution for HTG Architects, not to mention the more than 600 projects he designed and brought to life for clients in his 36 years as an architect on the team. Jeff has taught, mentored, inspired, and teased this team, preparing them for this next chapter.

HTG's Next Chapter

Each new chapter brings some change, and the HTG team is excited about the energy and potential for their future.
